MDHex provides HIPAA-compliant physician productivity applications including:

  • Scribe: AI-powered medical transcription and documentation
  • CC (Charge Capture): Revenue cycle management and billing tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Security Requirements

All users must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to access the Services. This requirement helps protect sensitive healthcare information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use the Services to transmit malware or harmful content
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches immediately

5. Healthcare Compliance

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations. While we provide HIPAA-compliant tools, you are responsible for proper use within your practice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated intellectual property are owned by MDHex. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MDHEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDHEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
